Log in to your control panel. In the browser address bar type www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel (change "yourdomain.com" to your own domain name) Fill in the username and password you received in the welcome email. The first step is to create an ftp account.

1. Under "Files" select "FTP Accounts".
2. Create a login and password and select "Create FTP Account".

The username and password will be created and you will have all the information you need to upload y our website to the web via an FTP Program such as Smartftp, Cuteftp, FileZilla or Dreamweaver's FTP.

Open your FTP Program, fill in the web host address, username and password and connect.  You can now transfer  your website files to your webhost for online viewing.
